Cancellation Policy:
- Fourteen days before each event, schools will be invoiced based on the number of booked players.
- Any full or partial withdrawal made between 14 days and 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% credit for each player who is no longer participating.
- Credits may be used against any SchoolsGolf invoice.
- Withdrawals made within 72 hours of the event will not receive a refund or credit.
- Players who do not attend the event without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit.
- A player may be substituted without penalty, provided that the substitute is eligible and the event manager is informed of the change before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
General Information:
Neither spectators nor competitors are allowed to give advice to competitors. Information on the Rules of Golf or on matters of public information, such as positions of hazards or flag sticks are not considered advice but spectators are prohibited from making rulings during competitions.
Caddying:
We have sought the opinions of our stakeholders and as a result caddies are prohibited in SchoolsGolf events.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcomed and encouraged at every SchoolsGolf event. As a spectator, you must stay at least 50 yards away from the group you are following or stay on the cart path if the hole allows it. Walking on the tees, fairways, and greens is prohibited. To help with the pace of play, we encourage all spectators to follow one shot ahead of the group they are following and help spot lost golf balls.
