Cancellation Policy:
- Any withdrawal up to and including 4 weeks before the event will receive a full refund minus a £3 admin fee.
- Any withdrawal up to and including 2 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund minus a £3 admin fee.
- Any withdrawals within 1 week of the event will receive no refund.
- A player can be substituted for another player at any time before the event starts for no penalty as long as the player is eligible and the event manager is made aware of the change.
General Information:
Neither spectators nor competitors are allowed to give advice to competitors. Information on the Rules of Golf or on matters of public information, such as positions of hazards or flag sticks are not considered advice but spectators are prohibited from making rulings during competitions.
Caddying:
We have sought the opinions of our stakeholders and for the 2023/24 season caddies are prohibited in SchoolsGolf events.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcomed and encouraged at every SchoolsGolf event. As a spectator, you must stay at least 50 yards away from the group you are following or stay on the cart path if the hole allows it. Walking on the tees, fairways, and greens is prohibited. To help with the pace of play, we encourage all spectators to follow one shot ahead of the group they are following and help spot lost golf balls.
