We would be delighted to welcome you to the impressive Denstone College. It has an imposing Victorian Gothic main building and stunning grounds, providing a unique setting for your residential golf camp. It has a 9 hole EGU golf course on which to practice. There is a 25m swimming pool and purpose-built strength and conditioning facility.

Golfing Ability

This camp is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 16 with a maximum handicap of 26.

Courses

Trentham Golf Club
23rd August
The Club has hosted Open Championship Qualifying, England Golf and Staffordshire County events for both men and ladies. R&A and England Golf Championships are planned for the future, including the English Champion Club and the English Women's Open Mid-Amateur Championship.
Cavendish Golf Club
24th August
Cavendish Golf Club, situated in the beautiful spa town of Buxton. The course, opened in 1925, was designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie, whose list of courses includes the iconic Augusta National, home to the Masters. Cavendish is regarded by experts to be MacKenzie’s ‘Inspiration for Augusta’. With undulating fairways, changes in elevation, sloping greens and well thought out hazards, there are many holes at Cavendish that mirror those found at Augusta.
The Derby Course at The Belfry
25th August
The Derby is a parkland golf course with far-reaching views across the Warwickshire countryside, strategically placed bunkers, water hazards and well-designed risk and reward holes. It offers a gentle challenge and is perfect for players of all levels. Designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas, the course demands accuracy right from the 1st tee, good club selection, and intelligent course management.
Kedleston Park golf Club
26th August
Kedleston Park is a beautiful, mature parkland course set in peaceful countryside within the grounds of the magnificent Kedleston Hall, a grand 18th century stately home just a few miles northwest of Derby city centre. A host venue for Regional Qualifying for The Open from 2018, Kedleston Park is regarded as the number one course in Derbyshire by the ‘Top 100 Golf Courses of the world’.
