SchoolsGolf made its fourth visit to Fulwell Golf Club this week as players from across the region gathered for the final regular-season event of the summer.
Set amongst the tree-lined fairways of one of Surrey’s most respected golf clubs, Fulwell once again provided a superb test of golf. The course was presented in outstanding condition, with firm fairways, immaculate greens, and a layout that challenged players to think strategically from the first tee to the final putt. Combined with excellent hospitality from the club and its staff, the event was another memorable occasion for everyone involved.
Despite very warm temperatures throughout the day, players produced some excellent golf and demonstrated the high standard that has become synonymous with SchoolsGolf events.

The Stableford competition was won by Finlay Warren (St John’s), with Robert Birley (Downsend) finishing second and Mackenzie Johnson (Bede’s) taking third place.
In the Scratch competition, Mackenzie Johnson (Bede’s) claimed victory with an impressive performance, ahead of George Coull (Battle Abbey) and Alfie Loveday (Bede’s).
The team title was secured by Bede’s B, with Ewell Castle finishing as runners-up and Kingswood House taking third place.
SchoolsGolf would like to thank everyone at Fulwell Golf Club for their continued support and warm welcome. The club has become a firm favourite on the SchoolsGolf calendar, and we are delighted to announce that Fulwell will host the opening event of the 2026/27 SchoolsGolf season.
Congratulations to all of our prize winners and to those players who have qualified for the SchoolsGolf National Finals, which will take place on 8–9 July. Qualifiers will be contacted directly with further details.
As another record-breaking regular season draws to a close, we would like to thank all players, parents, schools, and host venues for their support. We look forward to an exciting conclusion to the season at the National Finals.
