Pre-season training based at Denstone College

We would be delighted to invite you to the impressive Denstone College. It has an imposing Victorian Gothic main building and stunning grounds, providing a unique setting for your residential golf camp. It has a 9 hole EGU golf course and there are many sports facilities including a 25m swimming pool and purpose-built strength and conditioning facility.
Who would benefit?
This camp is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 16 with a maximum handicap of 26.
Schools can bring a group of pupils, accompanied by teachers.
Individual young players can book on and will be looked after by our pastoral team

Trentham Golf Club
April 2027
The Club has hosted Open Championship Qualifying, England Golf and Staffordshire County events for both men and ladies. R&A and England Golf Championships are planned for the future, including the English Champion Club and the English Women's Open Mid-Amateur Championship.
Cavendish Golf Club
April 2027
Cavendish Golf Club, situated in the beautiful spa town of Buxton. The course, opened in 1925, was designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie, whose list of courses includes the iconic Augusta National, home to the Masters. Cavendish is regarded by experts to be MacKenzie’s ‘Inspiration for Augusta’. With undulating fairways, changes in elevation, sloping greens and well thought out hazards, there are many holes at Cavendish that mirror those found at Augusta.
Kedleston Park Golf Club
April 2027
Kedleston Park is a beautiful, mature parkland course set in peaceful countryside within the grounds of the magnificent Kedleston Hall, a grand 18th century stately home just a few miles northwest of Derby city centre.
A host venue for Regional Qualifying for The Open from 2018, Kedleston Park is regarded as the number one course in Derbyshire by the ‘Top 100 Golf Courses of the world’.
Horsley Lodge

Horsley Lodge has many unique features. Water is a significant element, with two brooks creating lakes and watercourses throughout the course.
The views around the course and clubhouse are some of the most picturesque in England, overlooking the beautiful rolling Derbyshire hills
